This morning, coffee in hand, I peered out of the window of my hotel room into the seemingly never-ending vastness of the Santiago Peak. I have been feeling inspired by Chile’s spirit and history while I contemplate leadership with my Aspen Institute fellows. Being in Santiago has allowed me the needed space to really focus on my role as a leader, and harness the energy for my next venture. This endeavor is to help women launch, grow, and lead companies and I am boiling with excitement over here in Santiago as I step back and envision my dream. As the products and teams begin to come together, my vision of creating a space where women learn from other women and paint a portrait that encourages young girls to see themselves as future leaders is becoming less of a dream and more of a reality. Very soon I will be announcing something I have been working on for a while, something I have really poured my passion into… stay tuned!
