I’m an entrepreneur, best-selling author, speaker and brand builder who believes
that work-life harmony is the key to elevating your life.

MY STORY BEGAN AS AN ACCIDENTAL LOVE AT 16.

I launched my first business called The Buzz. I wanted to help businesses understand how teenagers like me felt about their products and services. My first big a-ha moment happened during my freshman year of college.

I had been offering small surveys to these “clients” (they weren’t paying me in cash, just giving me tons of awesome products) and one particular client gave me the advice that would change my life.

I HAD NO IDEA AT THE TIME…

But what I was doing was market research. I partnered with a professor, built a business plan, and created the company I would run for the next two decades.

During that time I worked with a client list that included Dell, Apple, P&G, and The Oprah Winfrey Network.

I was living the dream. Growing a 7-figure business and on the express train to burn-out. I hadn’t yet created….
